Refund policy
Quality Guarantee: We are committed to delivering high-quality wall art prints. If your order arrives damaged or there is a defect in the product, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Returns Due to Customer Error: If you made an error during the ordering process (e.g., selected the wrong size or uploaded the wrong image), please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Depending on the circumstances, we may be able to offer a discounted reprint; however, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that it has not yet entered the production phase. Once production begins, we cannot accept cancellations.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued where available, as we offer a Custom/Make Your Own range of prints, we aren't always able to provide a refund on these products as they are made and designed especially to you, and are not a part of our regular product range. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process.
