Ordered the wrong size or uploaded the incorrect image? We may be able to offer a discounted reprint, though return postage costs are the buyer's responsibility.

❌ Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun. Once your item enters production, cancellations are no longer possible.

💳 Refunds

For custom-made or personalised artwork, refunds are not guaranteed unless the item is faulty, as each piece is uniquely crafted. Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

At Canvas Connoisseurs, all of our products are made to order and shipped directly from our trusted supplier. Due to the custom nature of our prints and international shipping, we do not accept returns.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at CanvasConnoisseurs@Hotmail.com with photos of the damage. We will review your case and, at our discretion, may offer:
- A full refund of the product price, or
- Store credit toward a future purchase.
